General Manager, Chemtrans, aged 44. Mr Dale joined Chemtrans in November 2006 in the role of National Account Manager, Orica before being promoted to the role of National Business Development Manager in 2009. In 2011 Mr Dale was appointed to the role of General Manager, Chemtrans. Mr Dale has worked in the transport industry in Australia for over 20 years, excelling in areas of transport management, business development and operations in dangerous goods, general, rail and bulk haulage. Mr Dale has previously held senior positions in the transport industry with companies such as Toll Resources, Incitec Pivot Limited and Clifton Bros Pipeline (Shell distributor).

Karl Cope joined the company in April 2006. He has over 14 years experience in all aspects of financial and business management and business consulting, having held the positions of CFO and National Manager with an Australian publicly listed company and Business Consulting Group Manager with an international accounting firm. Mr Cope is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has completed a Master of Business Administration at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
